Lightning Gaming Agreement for ReelMosaic

ReelMosaic runs a lightning-themed social entertainment platform. It’s built for fun—nothing more.

• The Lightning Platform does not enable real-world wagering or similar activities.
• “Lightning bolts,” “thunder tokens,” and other in-app items exist purely for play. They hold no real-world value and aren’t exchangeable for goods, services, or other consideration.
• Our themed experiences are for entertainment and are not treated as games of chance under applicable definitions.

• You won’t obtain real-world value or items of value from gameplay on ReelMosaic.
• In-app items are provided for amusement only and remain valueless outside the platform.
• The Lightning Platform does not provide opportunities to secure real-world value through play.

• You must be 18+ to use the Lightning Platform and related services.
• By using the Lightning Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• We may request proof of age at any time and may restrict access if age can’t be verified.

• Outcomes in lightning-themed games may be driven by random number generators or similar processes to keep things fair and entertaining.
• We don’t promise any particular result or experience.
• Past outcomes don’t predict what happens next.

• Even without real-world value at stake, play responsibly.
• Set time and optional spending limits that work for you.
• If gameplay starts feeling unbalanced, take a break or reach out to organizations that support healthy play habits.

• The Lightning Platform may link to third-party sites or services outside ReelMosaic’s control.
• We aren’t responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
• You agree that ReelMosaic isn’t liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party content, goods, or services.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• ReelMosaic isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) loss of data, loss of use, reputational harm, or other intangible impacts.
• Our total liability for all claims related to your use of the Lightning Platform won’t exceed the amounts you’ve paid to us for access or features during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• You’re responsible for ensuring that your use of the Lightning Platform aligns with the rules where you live.
• Some regions regulate social-style gaming even when no real-world value is involved.
• We make no promise that everything on the Lightning Platform is appropriate or available everywhere.

• We may revise this Agreement from time to time.
• For significant changes, we’ll post the updated version here and adjust the “Last Modified” date.
